How do I place an order?

Where do I login to view my portraits?

You can scan the QR code from the handout sent home on picture day. Your portraits will be loaded and ready to view 48hrs after photo day. You can also visit your gallery here everestsolutionsgroup.ca/order and enter the personal passcode found at the top of your proof sheet.
What happens if I lost my QR code and/or Personal Passcode?

No problem. Please visit Everest Solutions | Contact and complete the form provided. Your personal passcode will be emailed to you within 24 hrs.
Can I share my gallery link or personal passcode with another family member?

Of course! Each shopping cart is completely separate so multiple people can order from the same link. No need to have another QR code or Personal Passcode generated. Share away!
How do I receive my digital download?

As soon as you place your order, we will issue your digital download link to the email address you provided at checkout.
How does retouching work?

For fall portraits, we do offer a retouching option that applies a light enhancement meant to soften blemishes and even skin tone. You can choose this at the time of checkout. If you require something more substantial, please contact us directly info@everestsolutionsgroup.ca For graduation portraits, we offer complimentary retouching on all portraits.
Do I have to pay shipping and handling?

To take advantage of free shipping, place your order by the due date listed on your proof. If you place your order after the due date, shipping will apply.

Pro tip: Sign up for email notifications during checkout and we can tell you when there’s a free shipping promotion.
I missed the order due date, can I still order?

Of course! Any orders placed after the due date will automatically ship to your home. Please note that shipping may apply.
How long will it take to receive my portrait order?

If you place your order before the due date and choose free shipping at checkout, packages will arrive back to the school 10-14 days after the deadline. If you choose to have your order shipped to your home, we will begin printing your order right away, so you can look for it 10-14 days after your order is placed.
