Data Access & Deletion
Under The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), any individual whose personal information is held by Everest may submit an access request. This includes:
- Parents and guardians
- Students (via parent/guardian proxy)
- School staff and administrators
- Everest photographers (employees and contractors)
- Other Everest employees
- Members of the public
Under PIPEDA, an individual is entitled to know:
- What personal information Everest holds about them
- How that information has been used
- To whom it has been disclosed
Submit your Data Access Request
By proceeding with the request to delete the images from Everest solutions, you acknowledge that this includes all images including any potential yearbook and composite images for the student. This request is final; once images are deleted, they cannot be reinstated.
